Singlefile Single Vineyard Frankland River Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the Riversdale Vineyard in Frankland River. This continental cool climate area is located in the north-west corner of Great Southern.

The fruit is cold soaked in a small fermenter before undergoing an extended and gentle maceration. After fermentation, the wine spends several weeks on skins before it transfers to new and 1-2 year old Bordeaux oak barrels to mature.

Inky red, Singlefile Single Vineyard Frankland River Cabernet Sauvignon has juicy dark fruit flavours, balanced acidity and gentle fine grained tannins. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
